Thank you for submitting your initial application to trade at Heysham Viking Festival 2023.

Subject to passing this final vetting stage, we are happy to offer you a confirmed place. Please complete the form below.

Terms & Conditions:

• Trading hours are 10am to 6pm for both days, but up until 9pm for anyone wishing to trade later.
• Your trade stand may be set up from 12pm on Friday, July 14th and you must be ready to trade at 10am each morning.
• The fee for trading over the two days of Heysham Viking Festival 2023 is £120 for regular trading stands and £500 for food and drink take-away concessions. Please note: The Fees quoted are for stands with a maximum floor area of 3m x 3m (including guy ropes) – Stands exceeding these dimensions will incur additional fees of £40 per linear metre.
• We are unable to supply power to trade stands.
• A copy of your public liability insurance must be provided with your application (minimum cover of £2m).
• A full risk assessment must be submitted with this application.
• A current food hygiene certificate is required for all food and drink traders.
• Any gas powered equipment must have a current gas safety certificate.
• Any electrical equipment must have a current PAT certificate.
  All rubbish associated with your trade stand must be removed each day by the trader and disposed of either in the receptacles provided or taken away. Failure to adhere to this condition could jeopardise future trading applications at Heysham Viking Festival.
• Any property or goods left on site overnight will be at the stand holder’s own risk.
• Full payment must be received no later than May 31, 2023
